Quest Coaching is brought to you by professional life coach, Deborah Simmons.
After university, Deborah qualified as a solicitor and previously worked as a lawyer in the city. Whilst she enjoyed the challenge of the work, the lack of balance between work and home life led her to to make a career change. Based on her own experiences, she realised that coaching was the perfect profession to move into as she believes passionately that we all have the right to lead the best, most fulfilling lives that we can and that we all have the potential to have that life – it is her intention to assist her clients in pursuing their goals and achieving the lives they want.
Following six months in Italy studying Italian, she completed the Diploma in Coaching Practice and is now a fully accredited coach with the UK College of Life Coaching now Coaching & Mentoring International.
She has also completed the College’s Work/Life Balance Programme – which, coupled with the experiences from her time working in the City, means that she not only understands the pressures that impact on people in their daily lives but she also has the tools to help them deal with those pressures.
As an accredited coach, she is bound by the professional Code of Conduct and endeavours to provide a high quality professional service to clients. Her good listening skills, intuition, sense of humour and unique blend of experience ensure that clients come away with a good coaching experience – more importantly, they get results.
You can contact Deborah Simmons directly using the Quick Contact details or by contacting Quest Coaching from this website.
